Adimmune Corporation (TWSE: 4142) marked its 60th anniversary with a charity Christmas fair held in Tanzi District, Taichung, reaffirming the Company’s long-standing commitment to community engagement, public health, and sustainable development.
Chairman Dr. Chi-Shean Chan noted that Adimmune has navigated decades of challenges and transformation, evolving from a local vaccine manufacturer into an internationally recognized biotechnology company. He expressed his sincere appreciation to employees for their dedication and emphasized that Adimmune will continue to advance with the times and deepen international collaboration. The anniversary celebrations integrated blood donation events, health walks, social welfare advocacy, and a sustainability market, reflecting the Company’s ESG-centered approach to community connection and public participation. Through these initiatives, Adimmune aims to translate its 60-year milestone into lasting social impact and give back to both society and the local community.

Adimmune Corporation (TWSE: 4142) announced that both Adimmune and its subsidiary, Enimmune Corp. (TWSE: 6564), have been honored with the Gold Award for Corporate Epidemic Prevention. The awards were organized by the Taiwan Immunization Vision and Strategy (TIVS), under its Corporate Epidemic Prevention Alliance program. A total of 41 companies received Gold, Silver, or Bronze awards this year. Adimmune and Enimmune were both granted the Gold awards, with the honor presented by Mr. Lin Ming-Cheng, Deputy Director-General of the Taiwan Centers for Disease Control.

Adimmune Corporation (4142) announced that, in coordination with the Taiwan Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and the Hualien County Health Bureau, it has urgently delivered 5,000 doses of tetanus vaccine to Guangfu Township in Hualien, where residents and volunteers are working intensively on post-disaster cleanup. The donation aims to protect both disaster victims and relief workers from tetanus infections caused by injuries sustained in debris-laden flood zones.

Adimmune Corporation celebrated its 60th anniversary this year with a special summer evening concert held in Taichung on June 21. The Company invited Taiwan's OneSong Orchestra to present “Adimmune 60: A Taiwanese Melody Gala,” featuring a series of songs inspired by Taiwan’s local culture.
Adimmune stated that, as a domestic vaccine manufacturer, it has consistently upheld a “Taiwan First” principle, and demonstrated this commitment through support for Taiwan’s performing arts. The concert brought together employees, business partners, and members of the central Taiwan arts community to enjoy an evening celebrating Taiwan’s local arts.
In 2024, Adimmune Corporation cooperated with the South-Link Medical Foundation to donate 500 doses of influenza vaccine to the South-Link Clinic of the South-Link Medical Foundation. The residents in the remote area can be vaccinated when the healthcare workers visit the community, to protect the health of the public in the remote townships. The program was initiated on December 5, and the first session was held in the community center of Shangwu Village in Taitung, where Dr. Djaikung Luveljeng, the director of South-Link Clinic, conducted the pre-vaccination health assessment and consultation. Residents over 18 years of age from Daren, Dawu, Taimali, and Jinfeng, are eligible for free vaccinations.
Adimmune Corporation is dedicated to the development of Central Taiwan. On June 30, 2023, Adimmune signed an agreement with National Chung Hsing University (NCHU) to set up a R&D center in NCHU’s Nantou campus. The R&D center will include laboratories and facilities for fundamental R&D, animal testing, and clinical trials. Dr. Chung-Cheng Liu, President of Adimmune, pointed out that this initiative is to further forge ties with the local academia and industry as well as create employment opportunities. In the future, in addition to the development of new vaccines, the Company will also provide technical assistance to foster collaborative development with industry partners for shared prosperity.
In 2018, we received a certificate of Occupational Health and Safety Management System from The British Standards Institution.
Adimmune was awarded the ‘Taiwan I Sports’ certificate by the Sports Administration, Ministry of Education for our commitment to employees’ health. Adimmune’s performance includes incentivizing sports clubs, and encouraging trail hiking while offering free vaccination to employees and their families.
Adimmune Corporation has received the ISO14001 Certification of the Environmental Management System in 2023.
