Ensuring employee wellbeing
We are proud to nurture a culture where every employee feels belong. Adimmune ensures integrity through a code of ethics and policies on employment. Our practices not only comply with laws and regulations but also accommodate concerns specific to workplaces.
In 2018, We Received a Certificate of Occupational Health and Safety Management System from the British Standards Institution.
Workplace Safety
Promoting safe and healthy workplaces is one of Adimmune’s cornerstones. We follow the Plan-Do-Check-Act model of process amelioration, for stepwise improvement of workplace safety.
Our actions include the enforcement of the “Environment and Safety Policy” for the prevention and mitigation of occupational hazards, and the activities of the “Occupational Safety and Health Committee” which evaluates occupational safety and biosafety on a seasonal basis.

The safety and health training program—online courses designed to enhance safety awareness and reduce hazardous incidences.
We release Standard Operation Procedure for the reporting of work-related injuries.
We recognize sport as an essential element of wellbeing and therefore encourage employees to form sports clubs. Our sports culture is honored by The Sports Administration, Ministry of Education.
We provide comprehensive healthcare, such as annual health checks, obstetrician care, and work-related cerebra-cardiovascular disease prevention.
