Integrity Management Performance and Whistleblowing Promotion
Adimmune Corporation places great emphasis on integrity in business operations, viewing it as a fundamental pillar of corporate governance and sustainable development. The Company has established a Sustainability Task Force responsible for promoting and integrating initiatives related to sustainability and corporate governance. Supported by senior management, this task force ensures that relevant policies and measures are consistently implemented.
In accordance with applicable laws and regulations, the Company has formulated a Code of Integrity in Business Operations and a Code of Ethical Conduct, both approved by the Board of Directors. These codes clearly define that directors, managers, and all employees must act with integrity, transparency, and compliance with the law in the performance of their duties. Any acts of dishonesty—including bribery, receipt of improper benefits, or conflicts of interest—are strictly prohibited.
To uphold the principles of integrity, the Company has established whistleblowing channels for employees and external stakeholders to report suspected violations of business integrity, laws, or company regulations. All reports are handled in accordance with internal procedures, with a firm commitment to maintaining the confidentiality of the whistleblower’s identity and the content of the report, thereby protecting the rights of all parties involved.
Through a structured management framework and clearly defined regulations, Adimmune continuously strengthens a culture of integrity. This commitment serves as a cornerstone for promoting sustainable development and maintaining the trust of stakeholders.
