Adimmune Corporation is the pioneering vaccine R&D and production company in Taiwan. With comprehensive capabilities to manufacture vaccines and biologics from R&D to production, Adimmune is the only influenza vaccine company in Taiwan that has obtained both U.S. FDA and EMA certifications. Retirement Benefits
In accordance with both the Labor Standards Act and the Labor Pension Act, the Company has established two sets of in-house retirement systems to accommodate both old and new government labor retirement systems.
For employees under the new labor retirement system, we ensure monthly contributions of no less than 6% of the employee’s monthly wages to their personal pension account with the Bureau of Labor Insurance in accordance with the Monthly Contribution Classification of Labor Pension. We also assist our employees in the voluntary contribution process based on their preferences.
For employees who have opted for the old labor retirement system, those with a minimum of 25 years of service or those reaching the age of 55 with at least 15 years of service are entitled to a base amount equivalent to 2 for each full year of service. Additionally, an increase of 1 base amount is allocated for each additional year of service beyond 15 years, up to a total of 45 base amounts, at the Company’s expense.

Training and Development
Adimmune prioritizes talent development by internal and occasional outside training courses tailored to align with the needs of the company’s strategic and departmental development, enhancing the growth of both generalists and specialists.
New Employee Training Program
We design general and department-specific training programs to ensure a swift adaptation to the company’s culture, values, and overall goals and cultivate an in-depth understanding of our organizational structure and infrastructure.
On-The-Job Training
Periodic professional lectures and subsidies for outside educational programs based on job requirements.
Management Training
Comprehensive training sessions for executives or management trainees on vital management functions, such as organizational skills, leadership development, analytical thinking, creativity, strategic planning, execution, talent development, decision-making, adaptive adjustment, and teamwork.

Youth’s Employment Ultimate Program—Mentor-Apprentice Program
We have been collaborating with the Workforce Development Agency of the Ministry of Labor in the “Youth’s Employment Ultimate Program” to foster young talents. We have seen a consistent increase in our annual employment numbers. Emphasizing a learning-by-doing approach, the program enables young trainees to swiftly adapt to our work environment and operation.
